They were very responsive to my initial request to come out and look at the job. Preston called me immediately and we set up a time for the same day to meet. He clearly knew his business and gave me good advice and input on what I wanted to do. I hade a few questions and Preston handled all concerns with the proposal to my great satisfaction. Weather became an issue with the timing of the work, but Preston had a team on site on a Sunday to complete the work. They did an excellent job and all trees were planted specifically the way I asked for.
